  This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you
  (either personal or corporate) and Aad Meeldijk ("Author")
  for the software product "IdleBackup" ("Software").
  BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE
  TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
  LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

  IdleBackup is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software
  and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as
  long as NO ALTERATIONS are made to the file 
  "IdleBackupApplUnit.dcu" and no charge is raised except
  a reasonable fee for distributing costs. Any other way of
  distributing this software is prohibited. Contact the Author
  see www.IdleBackup.nl

  The software is partly owned by the author (IdleBackupApplUnit.dcu)
  and this part is protected by copyright law.
  You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
  the file "IdleBackupApplUnit.dcu" of this software.

  This is a "Combined work", this backup application is linked with a
  VirtualExplorerTree Library under GNU Lesser General Public License V3.
  A license copy is supplied together with this software.

  The Delphi project and source files (except for one part wich is owned 
  by the autohor 'IdleBackupApplUnit.pas') is available via the website
  www.IdleBackup.nl

  including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness
  for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use
  or performance of the software remains with you.
